The Monastery console is built from massive square oak beams, joined like a timber frame, for an entrance hall or long wall. Its heavy, calm form takes its cue from the interiors of old stone buildings.

Every piece is built from 100% reclaimed solid oak, salvaged from old barns, farmhouses and log houses, mainly in Croatia. The timber has dried naturally over decades, so it is far more stable than newly felled wood, and it keeps the saw marks, nail holes, knots and colour shifts that give each piece its own history. Solid wood throughout, never veneer.
